I would suspect a really drunken thief in a lame attempt to steal a boat. And i really hope their not launching.

maybe his trailer was stolen while boating, then he was desperate to get his boat home:confused: or he sold trailer for gas money:lol:

HA! It looks like they are pulling the boat out. Hard to tell but it looks like water dripping from the drive.
This is one of those, "Hang on guys I think I know how we can go boating today without a trailer.... Hold my beer.."

Lets throw this into the mix and see the new comments, has anyone noticed that those are Wildlife Troopers around that contraption? Also the shiny STATE tag on that trailer? :)

from the body language..its quite obvious whats going on. the fwc guys just got a new(used) tool to add their arsenal. they are proud that money could be found in the budget....things are tough, departments cutting back all over. the tow rig will be upgraded as soon as next years budget gets passed. the guy on the left is the seller....and mayor of the small town where that ramp is located, he is also happy that he sold his craft to the fwc....at the low price of $65000. the mayor still has the trailer and will approve the $20000 for the trailer next year.

Hmm. Since the FWC is not known for their sense of humor I'd guess the boat was found adrift. And that was the best trailer they could come up with in a pinch?
