I have a 95 mercury 2 stroke 40 hp tiller handle. i was riding throiugh the river and hit a sand bar running about 10mph. after i hit the sand bar the pee stream started to weaken and send white smoke out with the water. eventually it stopped peeing completely. ever since i have been unable to get the motor to pee. i have replaced the water pump and checked for a thermostat but am unable to find one. i have hit a dead end on what it could be. all the lines are clear. please help! need to get it running asap. avid duck hunter.. thanks!!
