I have a 2006 Suzuki 90 4 stroke EFI. I have a crank no start problem. According to flow chart in manual I should have 5 volts on e-stop wire, I have 11 volts. would this cause the fuel pump not to run. Clear fuel filter is not filling up. Any help would be appreciated, dont want to take to dealer and spend alot of money if it is something simple. Thanks
