I have a 1994 120 hp V-4 outboard, its overheating thus dropping to 2500 rpms. Since we have replaced, water pump, 2 thermostats, 2 new cover plates, new hose and new plugs, still overheats after top speed is maintained for a mile of travel, good stream of water coming out, hot to the touch? I don't know what else to do?
