i am rebuilding a fuel pump on a 1988 evinrude 15hp. I have put all the pieces back in to what i belive is the correc way but it isn't. i have tried many different configurations but the pump leaks from two little holes on the housing. Should i just order a whole new fuel pump or have i mad a simple mistake. This job should be an easy fix i have read.
