F225 tilt trim sticks in down with pump running

2002 f225 when I trim down the pump motor continues to run and the only way to stop it is to switch off the battery. After I turn the battery back on it works ok. I assume the relay contact stuck, where is the relay and is it just a plug in type.

Try unplugging the switch on the engine and trying again. I've not had the relays do that before but have had the switches act that way.
