Hey guys i have to rebuild my70hp my 85has been butchered by the previous owner only found out after non stop issues. So i have to rebuild the other motor.. But i noticed when i spun the flywheel around on the 70hp it did not spin freely it spun almost like lil compression strokes.. Could this be due to a needle bearing stuck un the crank somewhere?... Im at a loss is it supposed to be like that?. Trying to get a motor built for the boat told the fieance id have it done in no time . But now i have run in to alk these issues with my supposed good motor... . So lesson learned just because they look and seem like great people and they tell u everyhing is good with the motor dont trust anyone..!..
