Hello All! I have a 1999 50 hp johnson the top carberator only works when rpms get up..i have cleaned it and it ran fine for a day or two but it always seems to not work til high rpms i can have it running in water and adjust the rich/lean screw (when i have it in nuetral and give a little gas) when i adjust screw it don't bawg down or rev up ...when screwing screw all the way in or all the way out....but at 2-3/4 out i can give it gas manually and it kicks in...any suggestions (vacuum Leak? Thanks
