Getting ready to winterize my boat for the first time. While I was looking for the fuel cool plug to drain I noticed one hose that didnt have a clamp on it (see pic). Anyone know what this is for? I imagine it needs a clamp. I tried tracing it and its very hard to get back in the back of engine. Thanks for your help!

Assuming you mean the hose just above the big one at the bottom, it's a machine crimped fitting on the hose. No clamp.
