Hi all

I've just traded my old Suzuki 85 on a 2001 90hp Johnson. A looper v4. Off the top of the VRO2 a small hose exits and joins a tee. One leg of the tee goes into the manifold and the other leg just hangs loose. Can someone shed some light on where this hose needs to be connected to? (Where the tip of the screw driver is pointing)

Also, there is a small red lever in the middle of the pump that can be adjusted. What is this used for?
(Center, righthand side of pic)

Thanks guys

Re: Hose identification

The red lever is a manual primer control. It looks to be set for electric choke, which is normal. That rubber line likely goes to the airbox. See if you have a matching hole in the airbox.
