Default Re-wiring Center Console - ignition harness - tilt harness

Another task I'm doing is rewiring and organizing the connections in the center console (almost 80% progress now). I'm doing this after all the mess due to the gas and water tanks replacement.I will post some pictures soon.In the meantime I have some wiring color code questions.I have investigated a bit (other postings on iboats and other forums) about the ignition switch connections.Could you please verify if I'm correct with my harness coming from the engine to the ignition switch (OMC, 225HP 1994).Also, could you please provide info on those cables I don't know:1) Black with yellow strip: ignition module kill (goes to M post)2) Another black, no strip: ?????? (is this a ground to kill the ignition module?) (goes to other M post???)3) Red with purple strip: +12V feed (goes to B post)4) Tan : goes to horn (overtemperature signal)5) Purple: to horn (from VRO alarms??)6) Gray: pulse signal from engine, goes to tachometer7) Yellow with red strip: this is the feed to the starter solenoid, so it goes to the S post)8) Purple with white strip: this is the feed to the choke (it goes to C post)Another question: could you please indicate me the purpose/connection of each cable from the trim/tilt harness? I have a single bundle with these cables:a) White with tan stripb) Green with white stripc) Red with white stripd) Lite blue with white stripe) Black with tan stripThanks again !

Kesh - sorry I can't be of help on your current wiring question. I've been watching your progress through the whole project, from the start of trying to figure out how to pressurize your fuel tank for testing it. You're doing good work. It might help to repost your query up above in the “Johnson Evenrude Outboard” forum.
