Upper crank bearing instalation

Its a e225txcda can the upper crankshaft bearing be replaced with out breaking the powerhead apart and can I get just the bearing without buying the head and bearing assy. Thank for any input

You can get the bearing head out with out tearing down the p/h. As far as the bearing itself, check with your local bearing supply parts houses.

Thanks guys after reading here that the crank has a mynute amount of play mine has a little. would you recommend changing it. Keeper came off timer base an trashed the flywheel and trigger i have every thing off down to the bearing assy.
