So I have the motor starting with the key now...phew! No screwdriver required...yet! Easy fix and no $$$ needed! 
Now its time to start the tune up!
I see that there is a dipstick like tube with a cap that says drain on it, located next to the oil dipstick. Saying so I cannot get a pan under the engine, I assume that this tube is to drain the oil??? If this is correct, how do I go about getting the oil out of it?
If this is not correct, how do I drain the oil?
