Hello
I have a force /us marine 198? 15 hp motor that won't start without starting fluid.After the motor is started, ran and warms up ,it won't idle it will die and not start back up even with starting spray.I have properly cleaned the carb.This motor also will randomly miss throughout the rpm range (drop out and kick back in)This motor was ran without starting or idleing issues until I started using a different engine and the force was put to pasture for a couple of years.Any response would be appreciated.I also have a 1979 evinrude 25 hp that has the same runs but misses problem
