There is great help on the CDI ignition website. I have not checked for your exact model, but I would go look there. If you have a DVA and a voltmeter, you'll be able to diagnose to the part.
Try these things.
1 Look for a master kill switch shutting you down. It is not likely all six coils have failed at the some time.
2 There is a master kill wire to the power pack that should be unplugged, but, I don't know which one on your unit. If you share model number I might be able to get you close.
3 Look at each cylinder spark output with an air-gap spark tester; looking for spark to jump 3/8"
4 Timer base may not be telling the power pack to fire or telling it to fire at the wrong time. In the case of the latter, you would still have a spark, just not delivered at the right time.
5 Look for good contact on all power pack wires and grounds.
if you have a DVA you can test for a energy coming from the stator, and likewise, energy coming from the power pack to each of the coils. A DVA runs about $30
