I have an 1958 evinrude10 horsepower with the gas conversion kits having a problem at full throttle motor loses prime have to constantly push the primer what can I do to fix this problem
Hi Alexander. Welcome to iboats. If you have to keep manually priming, that usually means the fuel pump is failing and/or you have and air leak. I think your model still used the 2-line fuel system, however. If you do have a fuel pump and you still have to manually pump it, that usually means the pump itself has failed.
