Bottom Paint Failure

my boat is docked in a man-made lagoon in ocean county nj. I have been using micron extra as bottom paint for 12 years without any fouling problems. this year the bottom is covered with barnacles. Did anyone have the same problem?

I dock in the same area. I use the West marine brand ablative paint. It is likely the same formula you use. I have not checked the bottom closely this year, but it looks like normal barnacles (sides, transom and some isolated on bottom)
