I recently purchased a 74 silverline hilo 15v and planning on restoring it to as close to original as possible. When i bought it, it was pretty much gutted and rigged with motor controlled from rear. I was wondering if anyone knows where the original throttle controls were located? I tried to find pictures and information on the original configuration of the boat but can't. I have the steering figured out but can't find where throttle controls are supposed to be.if anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Here is a few pictures I located here on iBoats. It's 1973 Silverline Aruba 15V model but you can see the throttle handle.

Re: throttle location

There's also some original brochures on THIS site. Controls for those boats were almost always on the right side of the driver.

Welcome aboard!
