I have an issue with a 2000 50 HP Johnson (J50PLSSM). After running for a while at high speeds it will die out on me. It doesn't seem consistent, sometimes it will run fine. Once it dies I can immediately restart it. When it dies it's pretty quick, doesn't jump around at different RPM's, just steadily goes down until it's dead. I suspect either a fuel pump or maybe a power pack. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
