Had boat and motor out for the first time today after buying it last week. Started hard cold with choke on and a little throttle. Once going everything was good until I went past half throttle at 35 mph and engine cut back and lost power. Backed off on throttle and it evened out again but not past 25 mph. Compression checked out at 130 psi on all four, new spark plugs, water pump and starter. Engine was warmed up and full tank of gas. Tach is not working yet or charging system. What do I need to check or fix? Thanks.
