Merc 140 hydraulic will not work solenoids only click both up and down.

I have a 1979 Merc 140 that was working great. Went out and had a great day on the lake and returned to the trailer and all the lift and trim would do is click. I replaced both solenoids but no change. I dont know were to go from here.

Hi, and welcome. The fact that both solenoids clicked would tell you that they were working ok and it would be VERY unusual for both solenoids to fail at the same time. Check all wiring connections and also battery voltage. If everything checks out ok then my guess is a problem with the trim pump motor.
