Convert 1987 25hp Merc from remote to tiller

I've got a 1987 25hp Merc on a 14ft boat setup in remote/console configuration but I'd really prefer to convert the boat to a tiller.

How hard is it to convert this motor to a tiller?

Are there any kit's available for conversion?

I have seen many posts trying to do just the oposite. Many people would need the parts you have and gladly trade you for your parts. I would search back on the posts even just recently and find the person trying to do this conversion I would but i,m beat
