Searching for 1962 evinrude 3hp high speed jet

Hello,

I'm fixing an old motor with my grandfather for a boat we have been fixing up. We have determined the high speed needle valve was replaced by the previous owner with something he made personally and it is not working properly.

The exact parts we need are numbers 17, 18, 19 on page 6 in this link to the manual:

We are willing to buy the parts, a kit, or even a new carburetor all together.
I've been scanning the internet and calling local marinas with no luck. If anyone can link me to someone or some place that is selling any of these items I would greatly appreciate it!

google doug penn, and touch base with him. i'd go for the whole carb tho, as you dont know what the condition of the seat is.

.....can you post pics of the home made needle??
