Where to ground switch box?

I am replacing both switch boxes on my 1982 90hp merc. I noticed the aftermarket parts I purchased have a separate
grounding wire. I haven't taken off the oem boxes yet, but it doesn't look like they have this wire. Where should I connect the ground wire? Thanks!

It's called "Can't see the forest for the trees". Happens to me too. You get involved in something and all sorts of do's and don'ts go through your mind; trying to not forget anything, sometimes something you either haven't done in a long time or it's the first time......... Glad you figured it out.
