1970 16' MFG top speed estimates after engine swap?

I have a 1970 MFG 16' closed bow fiberglass boat, with a 33hp evinrude ski twin on it now. The boat goes about 20-23mph right now with the 33hp, now I am goin to replace the 33hp with a 55hp evinrude. Anyone got any idea how fast the 55hp will push my boat, if I got 20-23mph out of the 33hp. Appreciate it fellas

The rule of thumb is that it takes 4 times the horsepower to double the top speed. Figure to gain around 5-8 MPH with the 55.
