My 120 powertrim woeks fine both up and down but allows the engine to fall over about a 5 minute
period. The fluid level is fine, so I am assuming that my cylinder seals are leaking on the port side
cylinder. Is there a standard seal kit to buy, and is this a difficult job to tackle ?

Re: power trim leak repair

Fluid level is fine, so I'm assuming there is no external leakage. If so, the pump is leaking internally and needs rebuilt.

Pellet, we need a year and model??
Profile,location?
The port trim cylinder??
The port is a shock and has no hyd fluid.
Like Food says the pump is probably the culprit.
But you need to do the leak down tests.
You have a manual?

Here's the link to an online manual.
Kinda sketchy but if you try hard you can follow it.
You'll need a couple of fittings.
