Hi I am having difficulties with the tilt on this motor. It works fine going up and down. However if I partially tilt it and turn the motor off about 15 minutes later the motor has moved down or to a vertical position. Need to be able to leave the motor partially tilted to avoid zebra mussel infestation.Any suggestions on what may be causing that problem? Thanks.
