Motor Advances when engaged

I have twin 2005 Z150tXTC HPDI engines. When engaged engine at idle the left engine will be at 600 rpms. But when engaged the right engine it advances to 1000/1100 rpms . Both at the full retarted posistion. Advanceing the right engine and back a couple times it gets it back to normal and both reads 600rpms.
Any suggestions for the right engine?

HPDI engines run on 4 cylinders in neutral and does not run on 6 until you shift into gear. Be sure the throttle cable is adjusted where the throttle arm is against the stop at idle and does not move when shifted into gear
