I have been asking for help with a 1983 enrichment vale the replacement vale it not the same at the 1983 vale the old one can be ajusted to let a small amount of fuel run thru the new one is not ajustable. this is the 3nd time I have asked.
If I as not asking the right question or something please tell me

the first one is the new one and the other is the old one.
if you look you can tell there is no ajustment on the new one.
