well, it sure could have but more info could be helpful. With not knowing specifics its tough to diagnose. I would check to see if you have power going to the radio-guessing a red or possibly yellow wire, should have at least one wire with 12v going to it. If not, you may have missed a fuse somewhere. When you check for power, use the ground going to the rear of the radio to insure it is good also. If power and ground to the radio is ok, looks like the radio is toast. Not sure if you are going through an amp-that changes everything. Sometimes there is a fuse that plugs right in to the rear of the radio. If its not a factory radio, many hands could have wired it many ways. If all you lost is the radio, consider yourself lucky-computers hate being wired backward:facepalm: .
