I am having a bogging problem that is driving me nuts. I have had it in 4 times to 2 places and it is still not working right and they cant seem to figure it out. When the engine is cold it runs great. After it heats up (which may take 2-3 hours of fishing spot to spot) I have a heck of a time getting it on plane. Sometimes it dies, sometimes I can feather the throttle and get it to go, sometimes I need to put it in neutral and rev it and then it will go. If I pump the ball while it is bogging it dies. Any ideas? I am getting frustrated....
Thanks

The fact that pumping the bulb kills it is a clue it's fuel related. First thing to check is the fuel pump. A hole in a diaphram could be causing raw fuel to dump in. Next thing after that is a sunk carb float or debree in a needle valve that won't shut off the fuel.

Would a bad fuel pump diaphragm only cause problems after the engine was warm?
