Mercruiser MR Outdrive seals?

I have a 79 470 and the outdrive seems to have puked, it won't shift into any gear. I have a spare outdrive but I took the lower oil plug out and about 1/2 cup of water came out before the oil did. The outdrive other than that seems to be fine. What seals can I replace to fix this? I know you're going to say pressure test it, so how do I do this in my shop? Thanks for any advice.

Eric,
Thanks for the reply and reference to the thread with pictures. This probably saved me alot of time and money I would have put too much pressure on it until I had a leak for sure! I'm going to make up a unit to test it with my fuel pressure gauge.
