I found a thread that said there was the owners manual for the 115 mercury. The link that it sends you to is dead. EDIT

Owners manuals do not have much info in them. What is it you want to know? What year is your motor?

Need your engine serial number to confirm, But i believe you're looking for mercury service manual part number 90-861344.

And if so, i'm pretty sure you won't find one online PDF style, but if you google the part number (ebay, etc) you should find some at a good price.

Or maybe carholme could re-set you up like he did on the bottom of post number 3 of this thread ;),
