1992 Evinrude E60 electrical issue

adjusting trim to remove transom support. trim motor stopped and now unable to get engine key switch response. no juice on engine except starter has power. Any thoughts or similar experience?

Does the starter turn the mtr over ??

Haven't gotten that far. The key switch has no effect; alrms etc. and no motor response. The motor started and ran well the day before.

Thanks for your help. I will try that. I looked for it but the diagram you provided makes it easier.
