1984 mercruiser 3.0 140hp starting issue

I have a mercruiser 140hp 3.0 4 cylinder. I rebuilt carb last year and it ran great. Winterized it for the year and was trying to get it out for a bit this year. But it cranks over and over but will not fire. Has new spark plugs carb is geting fuel. Changed coil pack and wires and cap and rotor. Does anyone have any other ideas. Thanks

Does it have spark? I don't see mention of points and condenser which is the most common problem of no spark.

No spark. I pulled a wire off and stuck a spark plug in it and no spark. Were the Condenser located and the points are on the cap correct. Cause that was replaced.
