77 Johnson 75hp outboard Manual Tilt Issue

I have a 1977 Johnson 75hp outboard with a manual tilt. The manual tilt has piston support for ease of lifting. The main pin that releases and locks the motor in position has now broke and I cannot find information on parts anywhere online. Can anyone help me out??

Try shop.evinrude.com. And have your model #.

I have tried that however it was not of much help. I am not too familiar with all the tems and such, so i may be overlooking something, but i can only find liturature on stuff newer than 1990.

If i don't want to repair, would i need to purchase a new motor mount for the boat?

When you got to shop evinrude did you click on parts ??
