just go this used motor...low hours yadi yadi yadi... brought to local johnson/evinrude shop for a shake down on the motor...
compression 125 each cyl, new plugs, new lower unit oil, new impeller...pumping water great... first day i took it out, ran it for 2 hours...ran like a dream...took out next day, sputtered, hesitated periodically, "seemed" to me wasn't as powerful as day before... and couple of times as i neared the dock, it felt like she would conk out... i have new gas... exact mix...
any thoughts...? i am wondering if carb just needs to be cleaned... tx guys
