Is the timing basically permanently set if there is no wear or damaged parts if points etc are to specs? I?m getting the feeling that some tuners feel they have to set their timing if they h/n tampered due to other repairs. Timing was the last thing I wanted to touch unless I knew I changed it on small engines vs using a timing light and dwell meter (on larger engines designed for such ease). LOL
