2005 5.0 GXi-E Code 81

We are working on a 2005 5.0 GXi-E, when in gear will not go over 2000 rpms, Our Rinda scanner shows a code 81 low voltage injector bank B. We have run all the tests and checks that are suggested for this code and everything checks out okay but we can not reset the code and the boat doesn't run any better. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any suggestions?

Did the scan tool actually say "low voltage injector bank B" or did it just give you the code number of 81?

What tests did you run? Were these tests from the OEM service manual or an aftermarket manual, something you read online?
If the manual, what is the manual number?
