350 Mag or 6.1 - Is there much difference in performance?

I am looking to buy a Crownline 240 LS 2008 - 2010 or so. Most of the ones listed are the 350 engine with 300PHP but a couple have the 6.1L 320 PHP engine. I realize there is 20HP more with the 6.1.............but is the difference noticeable for the extra money. Does the larger 6.1 engine give more torque? Hard to find 6.1's but lots of 350 Mags around. I have driven the 350 but have not driven a 6.1 yet.
