I'd like to know about this too!! All i found was the Seloc one but it ranges from 84-99 and like 3-150hp. Is there one that is just for the 150's around '89. I have the owners manual but it basically just tells you what gas what oil and how to store it and maintenance.
I have the factory manual in book form for the 150.

Well I have an 89 150 as you know. I have the seloc manual but it show a lot of years and from 3 hp to 150 hp. Just so hard for me to find what I need and learn. This timing issue for example I just can't find my engine. I was hoping there was a manual that covered my engine. I bought an owners manual off eBay but it really only shows maintenance and storage.
