Pictures came through. Your motor is a 1964 or 1965. Do you have the junction box and cables & switches? Do you have the remote control? The motor is useless without those items, and they are worth more that the whole rest of the motor.
OK, assuming you have everything, there is a sticky about awakening a sleeping motor. One bit of advice I may give is do not take the carburetor apart unless it is necessary. Carburetor parts and gaskets are getting hard to find, and are very expensive when you do. But if it does need service, oh well..............
Please do a thorough examination of the motor before spending any money on it. It can be a money pit.
