2000 225 FICHT will not start cold , hard start warm

i need help with this motor 2000 225 hp FICHT
does not want to start cold
fuel pressue and fuel is good, spark is good also. compression good,
voltage while cranking good . new optima battery
i can remove silencer on intake and spary fuel into intake
motor will start and run good
no codes, no horn, no lights. after run up to temp if you shut motor down
it will restart if done right away. if it sits for 5-10 min very hard to start
if it sits overnight will not start
any help would be great

Do you pump the primer bulb in the am ?? You also could have something in your EMM going on. Can you hear the high pressure pump run when you first turn the key on ??

yes i have pumped primer bulb until good and tight . with the key on fuel pump runs and fuel pressure comes up to 25 lbs
i checked the service manual and 20-30 lbs is the spec.
but motor just turns over and does not start. i have tried a different battery and just installed new battery cables.

Hook up a digital voltmeter to the pink wire terminal on the starter solenoid and read the voltage while the motor is cranking over. Also do the same on the starter post. Let us know what you find out.

How did you check your spark ??

I have a spark tester, I checked the spark with the plugs in and with the plugs out. Nice blue spark on all six.
I also think if it had no spark during cranking to start, it would not start by supplying fuel through intake.
I pulled plugs again after running motor for a short time on hose, and then tried to start the next day. Again it would not start. Plugs were black and seemed to have some fuel . But not even a pop. Put plugs back in still nothing.
After trying off and on between testing voltage , I decided to try fuel in intake again and it started up quickly....
Very strange... I am starting to run out of ideas...
I rechecked codes and nothing..
I am hoping someone has a idea of something else to try.
I thought of sending the EMM off but the motor runs so good after it starts...
Does anyone suspect EMM

Voltage at starter solenoid 10.35v while cranking
10.25v at pink wire
Cranks over nice.
I checked pink wire at solenoid and where it goes into EMM

Have you checked the timing?

i have checked the crank position sensor , i made sure the gap is correct and also preformed the ohms test and it is within specs.
I assumed the timing at this point is ok because the motor does start and run when i apply fuel through the intake.
i feel as though if the timing was off it would not start then or run properly.
i also had the motor put on a laptop and all systems checked ok there.
