Okay, I hope that there is an easy answer to my problem
I have a 1986 Celebrity 210, with an OMC 5.7 liter 4v engine.
I am having issues with the engine losing power and stall out when in gear and RPMs go over 2500. I have added water remover to the gas tank, and tomorrow plan on taking the top piece off the carburetor and spray carb and choke cleaner inside the vents. Does this seem to be my best, first approach?
I have also read online about the need to check/clean the fuel/water separator. Any thoughts on this?
I also have attached two pictures of the engine, if you notice where the two black tubes attach to the carb lid, I noticed what appeared to be water leaking out of the Ionesco on the bottom. Any thoughts?
