I am not getting full spark to cylinder #2. I have checked the coil and it's reading that it's bad. I pulled off the flywheel and checked the points. Cleaned them. The number 1 cylinder is working properly. Starts good but no spark. I took out the spark plug and set it against the engine. Very faint and sometimes non existent.

If in doubt, swap coils between the cylinders, if the no spark moves you know you have a bad coil.

So can I just swap the plug wires and the wires to the points and condensors?

Haven't you got external coils mounted on the block?
Just remove both coils and swap the position of the coils, top to bottom and bottom to top. I the no spark moves, replace that coil.
No need to pull the flywheel at this point.
