Injectors 3,4,5 and 6 not firing 4.3 MPI

I have a 2006 model 4.3 mpi with an alpha, I have the motor out of the boat to replace the head gasket, all the work is done and it is back together. The motor will spin over, but not start. I tested it with the DDT and when doing an injector test injectors 3,4,5 and 6 are not firing. I can switch leads from injectors 1 and 2 to the other injectors and they will fire, so I don't think it is an injector problem and i have have good fuel pressure at the rail. The motor was running before i removed it. I am thinking I have a sensor plugged in wrorng or am just missing something stupid, any help would be greatly appreciated. Serial number is OW634777

That is normal.

Your injetors only fire on two banks, the rest would be for if you had a sequential multiport fuel injection system, you do not.

Your two wiring colors should be LT GRN/PPL & LT GRN/WHT with PNK/WHT going to the fuse holder?

Cylinder/Injectors 2,4,6 should be LT GRN/WHT
Cylinder/Injectors 1,3,5 should be LT GRN/PPL

Do you have spark?
