a question for the experts here...
I have a Glastron 150GT with a Evinrude Starflite motor 115hp with number 115493

Last weeks the motor start very difficult when he's cold.. after trying and trying waiting cause the motor is flooded and trying again he's start.. one time the motor is warm he's start easy and run like a new one.. but starting when he's cold is a disaster. I have the boat with the motor a year and never i got this problem.
I replaced the sparks last week but the same problem. The fuel and oil inclusive mixing are like it should be.
I bought a service manual but i want first some advice.

Does anyone can help me with this problem please?

Thanks a lot
Greg

That engine is a bear to start if the choke solenoid does not work. Check to make sure the choke butterflys close when the key is pushed in.

thanks for your reply ..i checked and i guess the choke works properly, when i pull the choke lever out the choke valve close like it should be.

I just tested it again and the motor starts in no time.. i flooded the sparks at the first time hours ago.. but why he wont start in the beginning :(((
