I added another roller to keep the keel from scraping when the bow drops down off of the front roller. It worked very well for launching but I think I am going to have to hold the boat forward with the motor now to keep it from rolling back before I have the bow strap hooked. The motor ran rough on the starcraft 16' because it had sat a long time in the garage throughout the hot weather and we had used the pontoon boat until the water got so low that launching it was a pain.
