1973 glastron v187 restore advice is needed HELP!!!!!!!

I BOUGHT A 1973 glastron v187 that is in running order however the deck is completely rotted out my question is how is the best way to redue this bought boatfor $200 expecting to make this boat water worthy again almost have entire flooring up .......any and all help needed as i have no clue about how to make/or keep a boat floating thats why i am here will post pics soon outside of boat looks in fair order i think lol just a couple of patches underneath but look like they were done pretty good ...... back to the floor.. i have been reading about using epoxy to seal all the wood going into this my question is is there anything else that i can use besides epoxy(like spray on rubber) or somthing of that sort ?

also this boat has a volvo penta motor not sure what model.. w a 270 outdrive or sumthing lol

Is your engine a six cylinder engine? then it's probably a Volvo Penta AQ170 a/b/c.
I have a volvo penta workshop manual uploaded as an attachment in this post...

Just an idea for the floor: I have put a teak wooden floor in my 1973 glastron V187, it looks great...
