HELP finding carb rebuild kit

Need help finding the repair kit for my TKS carb.

My engine SN is 1A070072.
the number stamped on the side of my carb is 866140001
the number below that number is 33 7328

how did you navigate that site to find this part? google brought me to that site but my SN didn't bring me to the repair kit. there's a few other things i might be needing to.

like a stud the whole carb assembly sits on. my threads are stripped.
